Practice Section
Copy & Paste Text
You
can copy and paste almost anything
including pictures or even the whole page
First, copy the practice section:
REAL MOUSE
In the PRACTICE SECTION below in RED, mouse left click
and HOLD the BUTTON DOWN before just before the We. Holding the
left mouse button down, drag the cursor - this will
highlight the text you want to copy.
LAPTOP TOUCH PAD
In the PRACTICE SECTION below in RED, click and hold the
LEFT BUTTON DOWN before just before the We. Holding the
left touch pad button down, drag the cursor to the end of
what you are copying- this will highlight the text you
want to copy - RELEASE at the end of what you want to
copy.

Now
while holding down the CTRL key first -
Hit C
that
will copy all the highlighted text into
your computer's invisible "clipboard" or
memory.
Now you can PASTE it anywhere you want.
To PASTE the copied text to any program, email, or word
processor:
Click the mouse cursor where you want to copy the text
to, then:
Again
while holding down the CTRL key first -
Hit V to paste it.
So to paste or copy it into your email program, for
instance - start a new email...(you can do almost
anything and the test or picture copied stays in the
computer's CLIPBOARD or memory) now with the cursor in
the email message where you want to PASTE- press CTRL
then V to paste the paragraph.
The copied text or pictures or
whatever, will stay in your computer's memory until you
turn off the computer - or copy something else to the
clipboard. You can run any program, or switch to any
window, and still the contents of the clipboard will be
there. So you can CTRL V or paste it again anywhere.
